You have a bunch of questions about my services and how this whole process works, don’t you?? I know! That’s why I put together the most commonly asked questions, so that you don’t have to wonder anymore.

How can we benefit from having JeanilW&E’s as our Planners?

TIME: Planning a wedding or an event takes a lot of work and time! There’s so much to do, too many things to think about, countless things to remember, endless phone calls to make, a crap load of stuff to research, and let’s not forget, trying to figure out the right questions and answers you should ask each vendor, trying to get the best deal possible, without knowing if it truly is the best deal, reviewing contracts, trying to come up with some sort of unique ideas to set your wedding/event apart from all the others, and much more… whew! I’m pooped! Not everyone has this kind of time with work, school, life, and of course, trying to enjoy their engagement! For some, they may have the time, but just don’t want to deal all this stuff and with the stress that often comes with planning a wedding/event.

For others, they just don’t think of themselves as being organized enough to keep up with everything. With JeanilW&E’s, you have a professional who will GLADLY take on ALL of this for you and keep you laughing and stress-free along the way! Sit back and relax!

CHA-CHING: I know the value of a dollar!  always find ways to save you money… from negotiating pricing with vendors to coming up with alternative ideas to get the “look for less”. This savings always ends up counteracting the planning fee and often leaves you with extra to spend elsewhere! Oh, and let’s not forget the value of all the time you’ll save… priceless!

Sometimes, this involves sticking up for you and fighting for what you want, at a time when you may not have it in you to do so, or just because you don’t have to – that is why I’m are here! I’m just as excited and as invested in your wedding/event as you are, so you don’t have a person who’s working for you, you have a friend and partner that’s working with you!

I already have a Bridal Attendant/Coordinator at my venue; do I really need a Wedding Planner?

Yes, you do! At a banquet facility/hotel, the Attendant/Coordinator is there to handle all details of the facility. With JeanilW&E’s, my services could include budget management, finding vendors and negotiating contracts, complete event design, honeymoon planning help, and much more. With all the packages I offer, I will create a customized itinerary for your day, contact your vendors to make sure everything will go according to plan, run your rehearsal, offer complete wedding day coverage, and more. I will set up the ceremony and reception site to make sure that every detail is just as you want it. You are in constant contact with us, so we know exactly how you want things handled. Not to mention, you have a friend and expert that will always be there! The Attendant/Coordinator services do not include any of the above mentioned.

I’ve heard Planners are expensive, how much do your packages/services cost?

This is at the top of the list for commonly asked questions and I totally understand why. I could ramble on about how “Wedding Planning is an invaluable service”, blah blah, but I won’t. Don’t get me wrong, it is true, but that’s not what you want to hear! I’m not sure that this is what you want to hear either, but it certainly has helped other clients who had the same question… In order to give exact pricing information, a complimentary “Get Acquainted” consultation will be needed to find out more about your dream wedding/event, what it entails, and all the other important details. These factors all help decide pricing.  Working with all budgets is not an issue.

Is it REALLY necessary to come in for a consultation?

Yes! Don’t be afraid =) Our “Get Acquainted” consultation will give me the opportunity to clearly understand the vision you have for your wedding day or special event. It also helps me to evaluate your planning and design needs. Figuring out exactly what your needs are, allows me to offer correct recommendations of services and accurate pricing for the specific package needed.
You will also have opportunity to find out how we can help you create your dream wedding. Or help with the special event, bridal shower, milestone event…I could go on and on! You have absolutely nothing to lose – there’s no cost to you!

What if I need more time for planning than your package(s) provide?

No worries! I can always add extra planning time to the packages, to address any areas of concern. I’m here to make this planning experience what you deserve, so whatever your needs are, I will be happy to oblige!

Do you take on more than one wedding per day?

No, I do not. I need to be able to give you the complete attention and wonderful service you deserve, so concentrating on you and your needs, on your day, is key!

Do you accept credit cards and what is your payment structure?

Yes, I do! There is a processing fee associated with payments using credit cards. The payment structure is based around the specific details of your wedding. However, our clients are typically set up on a monthly payment plan.

Are you able to provide additional services besides those listed?

Absolutely! Remember, I’m here for you, so whatever your needs are I will be sure to accommodate.

I love everything I’ve seen, but what sets you apart from all the other planning companies out there?

I always make your wedding and your needs a priority. Responding to your emails, phone calls, and text messages within a timely manner is important to me. Getting your to-do’s taken care of, is never something that takes months and months to happen. That’s because I do not overextend myself with too many weddings/events that hinders the attention and commitment you deserve.

I custom design our wedding/events based on you! Each of our weddings and events contains unique design elements that reflect many factors about who you are, because it should! Afterall, it’s your wedding/event. We never forget that it is your day. So, although I will always be honest with you, I will never let you lose control of the vision that you had for your wedding day.
If I did, I wouldn’t be doing my job.
